I am a Coach with Rally Software.  I am a passionate and enthusiastic management consultant, that has focused primarily on evangelizing agile and lean principles.  I believe that we are not defined by the certifications we hold, but the individuals and companies we are able to help.  I believe in the power of people acting as a team and organizations built to empower and elevate those teams.  My competitive spirit gives me an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and an insatiable appetite for challenging work.  I am also a husband to a gorgeous woman and a father of a beautiful little girl and two giant great danes.
